We collect only what we need to run uSkulpt and make guidance more useful.
Effective date: July 27, 2026
uSkulpt helps students and families explore streams, careers, mock tests, study progress, and colleges. This policy explains how we handle information connected to those features.
When you use uSkulpt, we may collect account information such as your name, email address, phone number if you choose to provide it, profile photo, and authentication identifiers from our sign-in provider.
We may also collect student profile details such as class, stream, goals, assessment responses, mock test attempts, saved colleges, tracker entries, consent records, and settings you choose inside the product.
Like most websites, we may process technical information such as device type, browser, pages visited, approximate timestamps, security logs, and cookies or session tokens needed to keep you signed in.
We use information to create and secure your account, save progress, personalize guidance, show relevant recommendations, maintain college and assessment features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information.
uSkulpt uses trusted service providers to operate the website. Clerk may process account and authentication data. Supabase may store application data such as user profiles, responses, saved items, and tracker entries. Cloudflare may host and protect the website. Google may process information if you choose Google sign-in.
These providers process information according to their own policies and our configuration for the uSkulpt service.
uSkulpt is built for students and families. If a student is too young to consent to online services in their location, a parent or guardian should review and approve use of the service.
Parents or guardians may contact us to ask about account deletion or correction for a student account.
College, university, course, fee, entrance, ranking, and listing information shown on uSkulpt is directory content. It is not personal information about our users unless you save, track, or interact with it through your account.
We use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies when needed for authentication, security, preferences, and basic product functionality. Blocking these technologies may prevent sign-in or saved features from working correctly.
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect user information, including authentication controls, encrypted secrets, service-provider security features, and limited access to sensitive server-side credentials.
No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so please use a secure sign-in method and contact us if you believe your account or data has been exposed.
We keep account and product data for as long as needed to provide uSkulpt, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve the service. If you ask us to delete your account, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify personal data unless we need to keep it for legitimate reasons.
You can update profile details in your account area. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some information may remain in backups, logs, or records for a limited period.
We may update this policy as uSkulpt changes. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the effective date and, when appropriate, provide notice in the product.
